Hey friends, Iβm Emily. Iβm a registered nutritionist, passionate about helping you live a healthy lifestyle which prioritises your physical and mental health in equal measure.
After experiencing a severe eating disorder for over a decade, my life became small and lonely, ruled by rigid routines and habits. I never felt I was βsmall enoughβ or βsick enoughβ to deserve help. Left unchecked, my eating disorder took over my entire life, until I no longer recognised who I was or what was most important to me.
My obsession with βhealthβ became incredibly unhealthyβ¦
I now know health and nutrition should never demand all your time, energy, money and brain space. A healthy lifestyle should leave you at your best, physically and mentally, instead of compromising your ability to enjoy life to the fullest.
