INITIAL CONSULTS (75 MINS)

Let’s get to know each other! I want to hear every detail about you (that you’re willing to share, of course) - your history, how you got to the place you’re in today, what you want your future to look like.

We’ll map out your personal goals, what’s most important to you, and how we plan on achieving it.

FOLLOW UP CONSULTS (50 MINS)

Let’s get deep. In each follow-up consultation, we’ll develop specific, action-focused plans and strategies directly addressing your health and nutrition goals.

You’ll walk away with evidence-based, effective tools you feel confident implementing. You’ll learn what is and isn’t necessary for optimal health, freeing up your time, energy and bank account to dedicate to things that bring you joy instead.


PACKAGES

Looking for a longer-term relationship? I’m all about that serious commitment!

I’ll never ask you to keep coming back to me once you’re confident with your health and nutrition, and have all the tools you need. But most people want more than 1 or 2 sessions to work on their unique circumstances or various goals.

If you want to keep seeing me for a little longer (who could blame you 😉), my packages make things more affordable. Bundle an initial consult and two follow-ups, or three follow-up consults, and you’ll save a huge 20% on each session.

WALK AND TALK

Not a fan of the face-to-face consult? Feel super uncomfy having a deep chat while you’re sitting still? Some of us (guilty!) feel way more at ease talking on the phone while strolling around the block or pacing through the park… I’m not here to judge!

Science shows many people find sitting still while talking on the phone to be a rare form of torture - especially you younger people! And who am I to argue with science!? If you’re more comfortable with an audio-only consultation, let’s stroll around the block or pace through the park together (from afar) and casually chat as we go.
